What is CCS? How do I enroll myself or someone else?
The majority of our participants are funded through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. CCS is a voluntary, community-based program funded by the State of Wisconsin and operated by the Dane County Department of Human Services. The CCS program offers a wide array of psychosocial rehabilitation services. These are services and support activities that assist CCS clients with mental health and/or substance use conditions to achieve their highest possible level of independent functioning, stability, and independence, and to facilitate recovery. For more information visit Dane County Human Services or call (608) 242-6415
CCS requires each participant to be enrolled in the Medical Assistance Program (MA). If you have private insurance but feel that your child (under 19) could benefit from intensive outpatient services or case management, please call the Katie Beckett program to discuss obtaining a waiver to allow your child to enroll in MA for the purposes of accessing CCS services. For more information, visit the Wisconsin Department of Health Services or call 888-786-3246.
For more information about either of these two programs, you can also email firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from FLYY can speak with you directly about if CCS could be the right fit for you or your family.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. FLYY accepts Group Health Cooperative (GHC) and Quartz insurance for therapy services.
Can I just pay FLYY directly for services? What would the hourly rate be?
Yes, we accept private pay clients within the clinical program. FLYY does not have a sliding scale and fees are determined by the experience level of the assigned provider. We require full payment of each session prior to the next and will outline more specific terms in a contractual agreement signed by both FLYY and client.
I would like to talk to someone about your services. Can I schedule a call with someone?
Yes, please email email@example.com to arrange a free 10 minute consultation. Please include the best days and times you can be reached in your email.
Do you have a waiting list?
FLYY’s waiting list is currently at capacity; therefore we are not taking new referrals for therapy or for individual skill development at this time. We will update this page when we have openings for therapeutic services. If you are interested in Service Facilitation, a referral can be made through the Dane County CCS program. The phone number to call for that is (608) 242-6415.
What is the age range for your clients?
FLYY typically serves clients aged 6-35 however our providers also work with parents and families outside of this age range. We welcome any inquiry and those questions can be emailed to our intake coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do your providers work with clients outside of Dane County, Wisconsin?
No. Not at this time.
It's time to clearly see what life can hold.
Are you ready to look forward?
