FAQ

The majority of our participants are funded through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. CCS is a voluntary, community-based program funded by the State of Wisconsin and operated by the Dane County Department of Human Services. The CCS program offers a wide array of psychosocial rehabilitation services. These are services and support activities that assist CCS clients with mental health and/or substance use conditions to achieve their highest possible level of independent functioning, stability, and independence, and to facilitate recovery.  For more information visit  Dane County Human Services or call (608) 242-6415

CCS requires each participant to be enrolled in the Medical Assistance Program (MA). If you have private insurance but feel that your child (under 19) could benefit from intensive outpatient services or case management, please call the Katie Beckett program to discuss obtaining a waiver to allow your child to enroll in MA for the purposes of accessing CCS services. For more information, visit  the Wisconsin Department of Health Services or call 888-786-3246.

For more information about either of these two programs, you can also email info@flyy.org and someone from FLYY can speak with you directly about if CCS could be the right fit for you or your family.

We will update this page when we have openings for therapeutic services. If you are interested in Service Facilitation, a referral can be made through the Dane County CCS program. The phone number to call for that is (608) 242-6415.
